Event Rentals

The City of Stanley rents Pioneer Park and the Community Building as event spaces. Event bookings are first come/first serve and require a full payment of the rental fee and security deposit at the time of booking. Cancellations can be made within the first thirty days for a full refund. Please fill out our request form and we will be in touch with you soon with further details.

Community Building

The Community Building is adjacent to the Chamber of Commerce on Eva Falls Avenue in downtown Stanley. It offers a large indoor event space, tables, chairs, and a full kitchen stocked with basic cooking supplies, dishes, and cutlery.

The Community Building is available to rent any day besides Sunday or in the case of a City meeting. Please check the City events calendar to see scheduled meetings and events.

Pioneer Park Ball Field

The ball field at Pioneer Park is the largest event space we offer, suitable for larger family reunions and weddings. Electricity is available, but the City does not provide extension cords. The City allows Ball Field rentals every other weekend throughout the summer season. The City does not rent the park out back to back, as its primary function is a public park rather than a private event space.

Pioneer Park Picnic Area

The Pioneer Park picnic area consists of a picnic pavilion with two picnic tables and a large charcoal grill. The pavilion can hold 20-30 people comfortably. There are no electrical outlets and the City does not provide extra tables; however you are welcome to bring and set up your own.
